Using our Services

• Cheat, exploit bugs, or use unauthorized third-party software to gain an unfair advantage.
• Use our Services for any unlawful, harmful, or abusive purpose.

In-app purchases and virtual items

Some of our games offer in-app purchases or virtual currency/items. These have no real-world monetary value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and are licensed to you, not sold, subject to the policies of the applicable app store. Purchases are processed by Apple or Google, and their respective terms and refund policies apply.

Intellectual property

All content in our Services, including game assets, code, trademarks, and this website, is owned by Terastar Labs or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our Services for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
